Mixers for medicinal gas, locking devices and check valves

The production of industrial gas mixers is one of the TGE's points of strength since its foundation, in particular mixers synthetic air. The various industrials applications requiring mixed gas, by the use of mechanical and electronic technologies, allows the achievement of nearly absolute precisions. For example, the sector of thermal treatments, where the manipulation of highly flammable gases has be absolutely controlled, or the medical sector, where human life can depend also on the perfect mixture of two different fluids (Nitrogen and Oxygen).

A particular care is reserved to safety: in fact, all our mixers using combustible gases are completely pneumatic or electronic. Anyway, for every type of mixer is always foreseen a mixture block kit for mistaken analysis or for lack and/or excess of flows or pressures. TGE can guarantee all that, as well as modern and efficient organisation also telematic.

PRERISCALDATORE IDROTERMICO

The hydrothermal preheater is suitable for all types of inert, oxidizing and combustible (ADPE) gases in the various versions. It consists of electrical equipments (electrical resistance and electric thermostat) connected together in a typical configuration and individually accompanied by CE marking.
Conseguently regarding the compliance of the preheater at Dir. 73/23/CEE and 89/336/CE is guaranteed by the CE mark affixed by the manufacturers of individual components.
Electrical resistence and thermostat corresponds to the following standards: CEI EN 60204-1.

Benefits

The preheater guarantees a constant temperature during decompression of gas, keeping the equipment always in perfect efficienty id the formation of ice that could damage the decompression device, avoiding production downtime.

INDUSTRIAL GAS MIXER FOR BIG CONSUMERS

For several years the production of gaseous mixtures pre - formed has found applications becoming more common in industrial production departments. The mixture of gases produced artificially offers the possibility to vary the percentages of gas as a function of the production requirements. Our mixing system is able to produce an adequate mixture directly at the final user, by taking primary gases from their respective containers and mixing in the desired proportions; concentrations of primary gases, also, can be changed with simple operations. The mixing device is the result of a study aimed at creating a reliable product, easy to use and maintenance. The system was developed with the main purpose to provide an efficient, practical and economical for the production of mixtures, in short these are the main characteristics of the mixer.

Description
Mixers for 2 or 3 gas with flow rates from 0 to 200 Nm3/h
Flowmeter glass with direct reading scale
These mixers work in conjunction with a system of pneumonia and to a tank (vol. 100 - 300 lt.), which covers high requirements and allows the extraction of the smaller amount of gas, while keeping constant the precision of the mixture
On request they can be supplied with pneumatic locking device for lack of gas

“SCALDA” PREHEATER
