The manifolds connect several cylinders to create a supply source for a pure-gas distribution system. Each cylinder station is equipped with a manual shut-off valve and a rapid backflow-prevention check valve.
They are made of gas-compatible materials, and each component is treated to reduce contamination to a minimum.
The manifold is assembled using leak-tight ferrule fittings suitable for high pressure.
Identification is provided by the name and/or symbol of the supplied gas on an adhesive label affixed to the frame.
The inlet and outlet connections are manufactured in compliance with the applicable standards (see technical data). All devices are individually factory-tested.

Maintenance
The operation and leak-tightness of these devices must be tested at least once a year. The spare-parts kit is supplied by T.G.E. srl upon the user’s specific request.
Only the manufacturer is authorized to repair these devices.
