FLOCONTROL was designed to meet requirements for the changeover of one or two pairs of manifolds, or for the independent control of four solenoid valves integrated into the device. The unit is particularly suitable for applications requiring safety control of the gas supply in potentially critical conditions such as fire, gas leaks, high pressure, etc.
FLOCONTROL manages and monitors up to four 4-20 mA inputs and ten digital inputs. All inputs can be assigned to automatic changeover management and to the Shut-off function. Each Shut-off status is followed by System Halt status; this status occurs after all Shut-off events have ended and have been acknowledged by the user through the silence button. In System Halt status, the relevant solenoid valves remain closed until the operator performs a further manual action.

The FLOCONTROL unit supports the following functions:
Local monitoring of measurements and statuses on a 4-line x 20-character backlit alphanumeric display.
Programming and display of alarm status and Shut-off alarm status on a red LED. Display of
System Halted status on a yellow LED.
Control of four internal solenoid valves for pneumatic actuation, with independent logic for four
pneumatic valves; pneumatic actuation for single or double automatic manifold changeover.
System restart from System Halted status with operator confirmation.
Audible alarm with programmable reset time.
Silence button on the front panel.
Programming using buttons on the front panel.
Output contact with cumulative alarm or auxiliary siren function.
Display of active manifold and valve by LEDs on the front panel.
Fault status indication on a red LED (FAULT).
Manual valve control for system maintenance.
