OXYMET GAS ANALYSIS

OXYmet series oxygen analysers use a miniaturised zirconium oxide cell based on the current-limiting effect in the diffusion region, known as the “Knudsen effect”. Compared with traditional technology, this advanced solution offers excellent performance in terms of long-term stability, operating temperature range, complete absence of periodic maintenance, low weight and compact dimensions.

Functions
The basic functions meet every type of application requirement and include:
– Microprocessor control
– Analysis display on a 4-digit LED display
– 2 fully user-configurable set-points with relay output
– Audible alarm
– Linear 4…20 mA output
– RS 232 serial output (standard) / RS 485 (optional), ModBus RTU protocol
– Programming using a rotary encoder and push-button
– Cell suitable for flow analysis and ambient monitoring
– Adjustable Zero and Span calibration using dedicated commands in the device menu

Applications
Process monitoring for synthetic air in hospitals
Process monitoring for air + O2 in hyperbaric chambers
Air monitoring for food-packaging applications
Process monitoring in industry and laboratories
