The SDAM D10 control unit interfaces with 10 contact-type pressure switches/vacuum switches. SICURCRIO is a temperature controller for gas distribution lines in accordance with ISPESL Circular No. 9 of 19 July 2004. ISPESL Circular No. 9 requires systems supplied by cryogenic tanks to be equipped with a system downstream of the vaporiser capable of “shutting off the flow of cryogenic fluid if the fluid temperature is below the minimum design temperature of the tank to which the fluid is delivered”.
A safety valve is an automatic device with an inlet and an outlet, designed to prevent a system and/or equipment containing liquids or gases/vapours from being subjected to dangerous pressure.
When the set pressure is reached, the valve opens and discharges to atmosphere, preventing system pressure from reaching levels that could be dangerous for the generator and the components installed in the system.
