For several years, pre-mixed gas mixtures have been increasingly used in industrial production departments.
Artificially produced gas mixtures make it possible to vary the gas percentages according to production requirements.
Our mixing system can produce the required mixture directly at the end user’s premises by drawing the primary gases from their respective containers and mixing them in the desired proportions; the concentrations of the primary gases can also be changed with very simple operations.
The mixing device is the result of a study aimed at creating a reliable product that is easy to use and maintain.
The system was developed primarily to provide an efficient, practical and cost-effective solution for producing mixtures; these are the main features that distinguish the mixer.

Mixers for 2 or 3 gases with flow rates from 0 to 300 Nl/min
Glass flowmeter with direct-reading scale
These mixers operate together with a buffer system and a buffer tank (capacity 25-50-100 litres), which covers high demand and allows even very small quantities of gas to be drawn while maintaining constant mixture accuracy
On request, they can be supplied with a pneumatic shut-off device for gas failure
