The Food Industry Line is a complete range of equipment designed for pressure reduction and distribution of inert gases used in the food industry. In developing this line, our technicians’ main objective was to ensure that all components are completely non-toxic: a special treatment preserves the basic characteristics of the gases used and prevents bacterial growth and potentially harmful oxidation.
From the simplest cylinder pressure regulator to the most sophisticated mixing system, our equipment is coated with a special KANIGEN NICKEL alloy which, when in contact with edible substances, causes no alteration or contamination. The main applications of our equipment in the food industry are:

AISI 304 stainless-steel tanks for the following gases: nitrogen, air, hydrogen, helium, argon, nitrous oxide, carbon dioxide, oxygen, propane (LPG), methane and all related mixtures. The benefits of using a tank include the availability of pressure-reduced product ready for use, either as a mixture or as a single gas, and reduced use of pressure-reduction equipment such as pressure regulators and mixers.
For several years, this type of mixer has been increasingly used in food-industry packaging departments. A modified atmosphere suitable for food packaging is obtained by mixing the primary gases nitrogen, carbon dioxide and oxygen.
