The SCALDA preheater, suitable for inert gases and for O2/N2O, consists of electrical devices (electric heating element and electric thermostat) connected in a standard configuration, each individually bearing CE marking.
Consequently, compliance of the preheater with Directives 73/23/EEC and 89/336/EC is ensured by the CE marking
Face-seal fittings with O-ring, designed to simplify connections in systems made with rigid tubing, bendable tubing and welded elements. Thanks to their design, they can be conveniently installed even in confined spaces because no axial movement is required. Leak-tightness is ensured by an O-ring in the fitting body.
The manifolds connect several cylinders to create a supply source for a pure-gas distribution system. Each cylinder station is equipped with a manual shut-off valve and a rapid backflow-prevention check valve.
They are made of gas-compatible materials, and each component is treated to reduce contamination to a minimum.

AISI 304 stainless-steel tanks for the following gases: Nitrogen, Air, Hydrogen, Helium, Argon, Nitrous Oxide, Carbon Dioxide, Oxygen, Propane (LPG), Methane and all derived mixtures. The benefits of using a tank include the availability of pressure-reduced product ready for use, either as a mixture or as a single gas, and reduced use of pressure-reduction equipment such as pressure reducers and mixers.
